Based on comments by Tracy's Mayor Pro Tem Vargas before the City Council's November 16, 2021 meeting, she seems to be in favor of demolishing our Historic building instead of allowing it to be put back into productive use.

Downtown Tracy is filled with vacant lots where buildings once stood. And they have been vacant for years. No one seems to want to rebuild in this problematic city.
